Holistic massage is the traditional practice of massage with oil (Swedish massage) that particularly focuses on relieving the stresses of modern life to a deeply relaxing effect. It relaxes the muscles, eases emotions, improves circulation and the immune system, and refreshes the spirit.

Aromatherapy uses different oils and scents to heal the body, in combination with a massage. Certain oils help relieve particular ailments, whether emotionally-based or physical in nature, such as skin conditions.
